Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Solo cards. Although there is no reason for you to be concerned about putting your credit card details on this site, should you not wish to do so, you may place an order on-line and we will contact you later to take your card details or give instructions for paying by cheque or postal order. " Invoice with delivery" sales are due for payment on receipt of the goods. This type of sale will only be accepted from business customers using an official order number.
By law you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days beginning on the day you receive the products. During such time you are entitled to cancel the order and return the products (at your own cost and in an unused condition) to us for a full credit.
Use of images: Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the images used on this website are an accurate indication of the goods on offer, they are only an indication. From time to time, manufacturers may make detail changes that do not alter the functionality of the product, in which case the product supplied may vary slightly from that pictured on the website.

Shipping And Handling
Deliveries to mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands:
For a guaranteed next day delivery we offer a Next Day Delivery service at £5.53 + VAT (£6.50 inc VAT)
At the time of ordering you may choose a cheaper 3 Working Day Delivery service at £4.25 +VAT (£4.99 inc VAT)
Orders over £60 inc VAT (£51.06 net) are shipped free of charge.

Deliveries to the Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Eire:
We currently offer a 2-3 day service at a cost of £24.99 + VAT (£29.36 inc VAT).
Orders over £200 inc VAT (£171.21 net) are shipped free of charge.
All claims for shortages, damaged or wrongly supplied goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all orders that are received by 3pm on the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday and throughout the week end will be despatched on the following Monday.
Next Day Deliveries will be delivered the next working day after despatch. 3 Day Deliveries will be delivered within 3 working days from despatch.
Please note that for deliveries by Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery), Saturday does not constitute a working day, although in some areas parcels may be delivered on Saturday.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
All our products are sold in accordance with the manufacturers guarantee. Guarantees do not include damage or failure to work, caused by neglect or accidental damage. Returns Policy
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to return this product in an as-sold condition within seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods, to receive a full refund.
In addition to your standard rights a 45-day money back guarantee is extended on selected products, where indicated on the website. All returned products must be received by us in an as-sold condition. Packaging must include instructions, be complete and undamaged. Any return that does not meet these criteria will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All postage costs are excluded and remain the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product, simply call our customer services department on 01772 310200 to obtain a returns authorisation number and then return the product to Group 55, 2 Sherdley Road, Lostock Hall, Preston, PR5 5LP.
