Ants are a difficult pest to control, but we have made it easier! With our kits and step-by step instruction you can now control ants without the need to call in a professional pest controller.

This kit is supplied with the much acclaimed Strikeback insect control step by step user manual and instructional DVD that is designed to help you coordinate a professional approach to your pest control problem to help ensure pests are controlled correctly and quickly. This reduces the need for repeated treatment which is good for you, your family and the environment.

The key to success in getting rid of ants is to be extremely thorough. The following is a basic guide for the use of the products within the kit, the Strikeback manual and DVD is more detailed.


Step 1
Inspect the room for pest activity and follow ants to nest entrances.

Step 2
In areas of high ant activity or when flying ants are present, an immediate knockdown effect can be achieved through the use of foggers. Activate the Strikeback Insect Killing Foggers in the room. Two foggers are sufficient to kill ants in a room that is approximately 3m x 2.5m, larger rooms will require extra foggers. The insecticidal fog gets almost everywhere and will kill any ants it comes in contact with. In most cases fogging is only required during the first treatment, however, many of our customers prefer to repeat the whole procedure and use foggers during subsequent treatments; additional foggers need to be purchased to do this, and can be found below.

Step 3
Once the room has been thoroughly ventilated, apply a fine mist of Strikeback Insect Killing Spray to areas of possible pest activity, ensuring every crack and crevice is inspected and treated. Be sure to test spray a part of hidden carpet first to ensure that the colours are not affected by the spray. Once dry the insecticide may be effective for up to 4 weeks.

Step 4
Once dry apply Strikeback Natural Insect Killing Powder to nest entrances and areas where it is unsafe to apply the Strikeback Insect Killing Spray water based spray e.g.: electrical fittings. The powder can also be liberally applied under floorboards to provide a long term protection in a difficult access area.

Step 5
Repeat every 2-3 weeks until the problem is resolved.

Step 6
Plug in the Blue Stripe Dual Action Pest Repeller. Insecticides serve to kill all the ants that come in to contact with them, the Blue Stripe will help further by creating an environment throughout the home that ants would rather not be in.

Step 7
Use the Strikeback Natural Insect Killing Spray for ad-hoc spot treatments to known troubled areas during the period between treatments as described above.

(It is perhaps worth noting that the products contained within this kit are also excellent at controlling most other crawling and flying insects including bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas, cluster flies and house flies.)
