Fleas are a difficult pest to control, but we have made it easier! With our kits and step-by step instruction you can now control fleas without the need to call in a professional pest controller.

This kit is supplied with the much acclaimed Strikeback insect control step by step user manual and instructional DVD that is designed to help you coordinate a professional approach to your pest control problem to help ensure pests are controlled correctly and quickly. This reduces the need for repeated treatment which is good for you, your family and the environment.

The key to success in getting rid of fleas is to be extremely thorough. The following is a basic guide for the use of the products within the kit, the Strikeback manual and DVD is more detailed.

Step 1
Thoroughly vacuum the area to be treated. This will ensure all animal hair and organic debris is removed, it will also serve to suck up a number of fleas. The vibration from the vacuum will also stimulate adults to become active which gives you the best chance of killing them.

Give special attention to areas where pets are active and be sure to empty the vacuum once finished.

Step 2
Activate a Strikeback Insect Killing Fogger in the room. One fogger is sufficient to treat fleas in a room that is approximately 5m x 3m, larger rooms will require an extra fogger. The insecticidal fog gets almost everywhere and will kill any fleas it comes in contact with.

Step 3
Once the room has been fully ventilated, apply a fine mist of Strikeback Insect Killing Spray to the carpets, soft furnishings ensuring every crack and crevice is inspected and treated. Be sure to test spray a part of hidden carpet first to ensure that the colours are not affected by the spray. Once dry the insecticide may be effective for up to 4 weeks.

Step 4
Apply Strikeback Natural Insect Killing Powder to areas where it is unsafe to apply the Strikeback Insect Killing Spray water based spray e.g.: electrical fittings . The powder can also be liberally applied under floorboards to provide a long term protection in a difficult access area.

Step 5
Repeat every 2-3 weeks until the problem is resolved.

Step 6
Use the Strikeback Natural Insect Killing Spray for ad-hoc spot treatments to known troubled areas during the period between treatments as described above.

Step 7
Apply Strikeback Natural Insect Repellent Spray to your body to protect from bites. Strikeback Natural Insect Killing Spray is an excellent repellent that can be used to repel most biting insects including bed bugs, fleas, midges and mosquitoes. As it is a 100% natural product it is kind to your skin, unlike repellents that contain deet.

This kit contains sufficient product for 3-4 comprehensive treatments for flea control in ONE average sized room, or 2-3 comprehensive treatments for flea control in TWO average sized rooms.

(It is perhaps worth noting that the products contained within this kit are also excellent at controlling most other crawling and flying insects including ants, flying ants, cockroaches, fleas, cluster flies and house flies.)

Comprehensive instructions for use are supplied with all the pest control products.

NOTE: Many of our customers like to monitor flea activity, the best way to do this is by using a body heat mimicking flea trap that lures fleas and causes them to be caught on a glue board beneath the warm bulb. We do not supply flea traps with our kits, however, our best priced unit can be found below.
